Mr. Crispino Lobo (Cofounder and Managing Trustee)
With an illustrious career predominantly in natural resource management and participatory watershed development, Mr. Crispino Lobo stands as a beacon in the world of integrated water resources management. His expertise is highly sought-after and revered in development circles globally.
From 1989 to 2001, Mr. Lobo spearheaded efforts as the Program Coordinator of the Indo-German Watershed Development Programme (IGWDP). Mr. Lobo also serves as a member of the national committee entrusted with the task of creating a robust framework for village-level climate change adaptation plans under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. An alumnus of India’s Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics (GIPE) and the globally renowned Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, USA, Mr. Lobo’s academic credentials are as impressive as his professional milestones.
Harish Daware (Trustee)-:
Harish Daware is a strategist with profound grassroots impact. An alumnus of Marathwada Agricultural University with a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, Harish has dedicated decades to reshaping natural resource management landscapes. Beyond borders, Harish’s influence resonates from national corridors to international arenas, including consultancies and training stints in Somalia, Kenya, and Tanzania. His contributions to global discourses on natural resource management are invaluable, marked by a unique blend of technical erudition and social understanding.
Mr. J.R.Pawar ( Co-Founder and Trustee)
Mr. J.R. Pawar is a founding member and Trustee of the Sanjeevani Institute for Empowerment and Development (SIED). He has worked as an Executive Director of SIED and has experience in organisational management. He has completed his graduation in an Agriculture Engineering from Mahatma Phule Agricultural University and a Post-Graduation in environmental studies. He has a vast experience of 25 years in the developmental sector.
