Introduction
In April 2016 Sanjeevani institute for empowerment and development (SIED) has started work in Kalamb and Ralegaon tahasil of Yavatmal district with the finance of HDFC bank. the project has been started under the title of “Participatory Natural Resource Management Project in 11 villages of Ralegaon and Kalamb Block Dist Yavatmal ” from this project SIED run different developmental activities in project area under water saving device activity mini sprinkler is installed in different farms of different villages to improve water use efficiency and increase crop production.
Past Condition of farmer
Mr. Vikas Dagawar is a farmer of Nimbhora village from Kalamb block Dist- Yavatmal after completing his education he wanted to improve his farm by mechanization and efficient use of all inputs, reduce cost of cultivation and enhance crop production from same resources also in same land. On this way he is trying his best but because of his limited source of irrigation he feel helpless and after his all hard work his crop production and income is not up to the mark and crop failure is done because of scarcity of water which make moral and big economic loss.

Review of farmer about Water Saving Device Demonstration
My name is Vikas Dagawar from Nimbhora village Kalamb block dist Yavatmal. I am glad that watershed development program came to our village & thankful to HDFC bank and SIED. I steel remember after completion of my education I move towards farming with my father my family has 9 acres of land but irregular rain made our economical condition low year after year. In my farm there is boar well but in summer water scarcity is occurs hence sometimes crop failure is done which create big loss but with the help of SIED and HDFC I installed water saving devices (Mini Sprinkler) in my farm, now water use efficiency is increased and I irrigate plot in half of water than flood irrigation system and I use that water to irrigate another crop. This irrigation system is user friendly, easily movable from one plot to another, cost of installation is less than drip and sprinkler irrigation system. This Mini Sprinkler irrigation system I installed in turmeric plot and because of excellent water use efficiency scarcity of water is not occurs and crop pest and fungal diseases are checked due to this system and cost on irrigation is reduced and near about 15 to 20 {038b2b3e44b954fbb5a578632dd23e5a9b4d5736be48a44755feb3a749ac40b4} crop production is increased an cost of cultivation get reduce. By mini sprinkler irrigation system in my farm one acre area is covered and because of its easy handling its irrigate other crops also I irrigate Turmeric plot of 0.40 ha and tomato cultivation plot of 0.30 ha this irrigation system is very efficient and I thankful to SIED and HDFC bank about all their developmetal activities.
